As much as music reviews are nice, it is so much rewarding hearing from actual music fans. Lee Roehrig has become one of our biggest supporters. He made a Dead Format Mix CD as well as contributed to our Absolutely Essential albums on Dead Format. Lee just wrote an email after receiving his pre-order for the Drag the River “Closed” and Love Me Destroyer “The Things Around us Burn” CDs. American Steel helped shape my musical tastes throughout high school and I still listen to them at least once or twice a week.
