Propagandhi “Live from Occupied Territory: An official bootleg” DVD
PRE-ORDERS WILL RECEIVE “TAKE PENCILIN” THE G7 LABEL SAMPLER FOR FREE WITH DVD ORDERS
Propagandhi play a benefit show for the Grassy Narrows First Nation Blockade and the International Solidarity Movement at the Zoo (the venue, not the animal prison) in Winnipeg, Canada in 2003. Set features songs from all their full-length records in addition to some rare cover tunes along with early incarnations of tracks from Potemkin City Limits, released 2 years later. Show is videotaped by crowd members and recorded and mixed by the band. Band intends DVD release to raise further money to sustain the Grassy Narrows Blockade and the Middle East Children’s Alliance, which the band consider to be interconnected issues. DVD extras include the full-length documentary film Peace, Propaganda and the Promised Land, the independently produced documentary As Long As the Rivers Flow: the story of the Grassy Narrows Blockade, a ridiculous commentary track by Chris Hannah of Propagandhi and Derek Hogue of G7 Records, and photo galleries.
Two Cow Garage “III” CD
Two Cow Garage’s new full-length recording, III, presents theband’s continued progression. While retaining the high octanerock of their previous releases, it’s not difficult to appreciate theband’s maturation both lyrically and musically. While a departureto some degree, expect existing fans to love it, and new fans tobe drawn in.

Death By Stereo “Death Alive” CD
Death By Stereo is one of the best hardcore/punk bandsin the world, plays a rowdy show in their home base ofCalifornia and shows how much aggression one bandcan pack in a live rock show.
Nakatomi Plaza “Unsettled” CD
Unsettled is the new full length CD from Brooklyn NY’s NAKATOMIPLAZA. 11 Songs produced by J. Robbins (of Jawbox and BurningAirlines). Showing off as much their ability to write sharp hooks astheir amazing musicianship. With sharp social commentary thebands 3 vocalists carefully weave between indie rock, screamo, and pop.

DRAG THE RIVER “Chicken Demos” CD
“Chicken Demos” represents the 3rd and final re-release of Drag the River’s first three albums originally released by Upland Records. The odd thing about this album is that the songs were recorded during the same session that the songs from “Hobo’s Demos” were. Jon and Chad selected the songs that made “Hobo’s” thinking that at the time they were far superior to the other songs. After time had passed, they revisited the remaining songs and were surprised that those songs were just as good if not better. They assembled the songs into this album and the resulting album is anything but leftovers. Some of my favorite Drag songs are on this album and many make Drag’s set list night after night. Picking a favorite Drag the River album though is like asking a parent who their favorite sibling is, they are all amazing and all quite unique. If you don’t already own this album, this is absolutely essential.
The first 50 pre-orders will also receive a copy of Drag the River’s “Live at the Starlight” double CD. I noticed we had an extra box of promos of this release and thought why not give it as an added bonus to those who order “Chicken Demos”.

Rocky Votolato / Drag the River tour Poster
To help promote the big tour Drag the River are doing with Rocky Votolato, we made some tour posters featuring both bands. As you can see the poster looks super slick. Our good buddy, Brandon Proff, who is working at Equal Vision designed the poster. The posters are 11 x 17. The posters will come folded unless you add a poster tube to your cart.
We have also added album posters for Drag the River, Tim Barry, Love Me Destroyer, and Ghost Buffalo which we have never sold on our site before.

The Shins “Wincing The Night Away” CD
I am a little late on this one. The Shins are one of the greatest bands on the planet and if you don’t own everything they release, you need to check yo self. I love this record although it is very different than their first 2 albums. This band can do no wrong!

DUSTIN KENSRUE “PLEASE COME HOME” CD
I have been listening to this nonstop and it is amazing. Dustin Kensrue of Thrice puts down 8 incredible rootsy/americana tracks and he does it so well. Dustin would fit in place doing shows with Tim Barry and Chuck Ragan. I highly recommend this album.

Drag the River / Tim Barry West Coast ‘07 tour poster
Drag the River and Tim Barry are heading out on a West Coast tour together. We had Brandon design a poster and I think it could be my favorite poster that we have ever made. After sending out posters to promoters and record stores, we have a handful left. You can either pay $2.00 for the poster or if you spend over $10.00 at Dead Format and use the coupon code “DRAGANDTIM” in checkout, you can get the poster for free. Add a poster tube to your cart for $1.00 if you don’t want the poster folded. Trust me when I say that this will make a great addition to any wall.

Bayside “S/T” CD (LIMITED AUTOGRAPHED COPY)
We just got in some copies of a very limited edition CD autographed by all members of the band including drummer John “Beatz” Holohan who died tragically in October 2005. There were a handful found at the Victory offices and we are now passing onto you a very special item that will never be available again. Act fast if you are a fan of Bayside.

Only Crime “Virulence” CD
With just over two years passing since the release of their debut album To The Nines, ONLY CRIME unveils their latest creation, Virulence. The time has enabled the young band to grow as a unit, further honing the skill of interfusing melody amidst their signature dissonant sound. In case you don’t already know, ONLY CRIME is; Russ Rankin on vocals (Good Riddance), Bill Stevenson on drums (Descendents, All, Black Flag), Aaron Dalbec on guitar (Bane, Converge, Velocity Engine), Zach Blair on the other guitar (Hagfish, Gwar), and Donivan Blair (Hagfish, Armstrong) on bass. This mix of musicians doesn’t make perfect sense, but it all comes into focus when you hear the first track “Take Me”. This is a band built on deep friendships, a group of people whose common interests brought them together after years of developing themselves in other bands. 2007 will find ONLY CRIME taking their music to the masses, as they embark on tours throughout the US and beyond. Be sure not to miss them when they pull into your town!

REEL BIG FISH / ZOLOF THE ROCK & ROLL DESTROYER “Duet All Night Long” CD
Reel Big Fish and Zolof the Rock and Roll Destroyer becamefriends when the two bands toured together during the summerof 2005. The idea of doing a split CD together came up andunlike most split CD propositions, this one it happened. Theband decided to do something a little dierent with thisrecording deciding to make every track a duet. Aaron Barrett ofReel Big Fish and Rachel Minton of Zolof both contribute vocalsto every song. Zolof perform half of the songs while Reel BigFish perform the other half which makes for a very interestingfeel for this split.
To sum up this release, two of the best pop-rock bands in thecountry come together to bring you the best duets this side ofPaul McCartney and Stevie Wonder. Guaranteed to make youwish it was 1985. Features six exclusive tracks.
